In a dramatic turn of events, Ugandan musician Mansur Ssemanda, popularly known as King Saha, has been given the green light to proceed with his highly anticipated concert at the Cricket Oval in Lugogo. Police spokesperson Kituuma Rusoke revealed that a joint security and national technical team had identified safety risks, particularly with the venue’s pavilion, which was deemed unsafe for public use.  

“Based on recommendations from the technical team, we observed signs of potential structural failure that could endanger public safety,” Rusoke stated. This announcement left fans in suspense and sparked widespread speculation about the event’s fate.  

How Was the Crisis Resolved?  

In a swift response, a high-level meeting was convened between the police, event organizers, venue managers, and security teams. The goal? To find a way to ensure the show could go on without compromising public safety.
